The Samyut Yoga Community

“Where Mystical Science Meets The Modern Mind”

A sacred sanctuary led by Yogacharya Aravind Prasad, bringing together yoga aspirants, established teachers, and international seekers ready to move beyond physical asanas into the profound depth of philosophy, meditation, and inner transformation.

A Sangha for the Whole Journey

Samyut Yoga unites seekers across three main pathways of growth, providing structured guidance and supportive peer groups.

Yoga Aspirants & Seekers

If you have been doing physical postures (asanas) but feel a pull towards something deeper, we offer an accessible doorway. Learn the philosophical framework, traditional history, and spiritual intent behind your physical practice.

Beyond the Physical ✦

Lineage & Support ✦

Western & Global Seekers

Bridging traditional Indic wisdom with the modern analytical mind. Yogacharya Aravind Prasad's extensive international experience makes deep Vedantic psychology, anatomy, and mystical concepts easy to integrate into Western daily life.

Bridging East & West ✦

Samyut Yoga Teaching Principles

Our community is anchored by the pedagogical principles established by Yogacharya Aravind Prasad.

1

Scientific & Mystical Union

We reject the false dichotomy between science and spirituality. Yoga must be studied through the analytical frameworks of modern anatomy, physiology, and psychology, alongside the experiential, non-dual realization of consciousness.

2

Sacred Scriptural Grounding

We study primary shastras—Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, and Shiva Sutras—with correct Sanskrit pronunciation, grammar, and traditional commentary, keeping the original teachings intact.

3

Integration Beyond Asana

Physical practice (asana) is recognized as a vital gateway, but only a fraction of the path. We place equal emphasis on Pranayama (breathwork), Pratyahara (sensory withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), and Dhyana (meditation).

4

Traditional Gurukulam Spirit

True yogic transformation happens through connection. We preserve the intimate student-teacher dynamic, maintaining limited batch sizes (max 12–15) and structured mentorship to support personal spiritual evolution.
