The final ceremony usually finishes before breakfast on the 21st day of the Course. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the same day. You can schedule your return flight for the same day after 6:00 PM, considering traffic and airport wait times.
No, it is not possible to attend virtual meetings or Zoom calls during the training. We understand the pressures of modern work life, especially post-COVID-19, but our school is designed to facilitate a focused yoga practice and philosophy. You are expected to fully immerse yourself in yoga practice and your inner journey.
or your yoga practice, we recommend wearing any cloth that you feel comfortable and breathable for free movement. Light, moisture-wicking fabrics are ideal, especially in India’s warm climate. Bring a mix of layers to accommodate varying weather conditions and indoor environments.
No, it is advised not to skip sessions to ensure a complete and immersive experience.
Though the Check-in is from 10:00 AM on the day of initiation, you can choose to come a day before the program starts, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the last day of the course (21st day).
The Early Bird discount can be availed by registering prior to 45 days from the 1st day of the course. for ex :- If the course begins from 1st of January then the Early bird discount offer is valid for the registrations done on or before November 15th.
No, there are no additional discounts offered.
The fee covers:
- Accommodation (depending on your selection)
- Three meals and snacks daily
- Airport transfer from Bangalore/Mysore
- Wi-Fi access
- Training materials (including the YTTC manual, T-shirt, yoga bag, Neti pot, notebook, and pen)
- Yoga Teacher Training
- Eligibility to register with Yoga Alliance
The fee does not cover:
- Transfer after the Yoga Teacher Training
- Personal shopping on your day off
- Laundry services (available at an extra cost) and any other additional expenses during the training
If you cancel at least 60 days before the training starts, the registration fee will be refunded. The refund will include the registration fee minus taxes and a 25% maintenance fee. In special circumstances, your registration can be transferred to a future training if notified at least one month before the course begins. Transfers are not allowed within 30 days of the start date.
Yes, Provided, If you apply for a March training and pay the fee in January but need to reschedule to June, you will not qualify for the early bird discount unless it was part of your original registration.
To encourage yoga practice among the younger generation in India, we offer a different fee structure due to economic challenges and fewer yoga studios compared to the West. This approach helps make yoga more accessible to Indian residents.

- An invoice for non-refundable application fee payment from our registration desk within 24-48 hours.
Registration Fee:
- Online: The second payment, which is the final registration fee, is due 30 days before the training starts. An invoice will be sent for online payment.
Cash: You can pay in cash in any major currency upon arrival at the office. Please note that online payment is not available upon arrival.

Hence yoga is a way of life that should help us respect a religion at the same time, and guide us to live beyond. Samyut Yoga is established explicitly for Spiritual, scientific, mystical and professional Yogic practices. The entire team is completely committed to it.
Yes. You can extend upto 3 days after the course completion by paying 2000 Rs/day. As mentioned above, Samyut Yoga Centre is a Yoga destination where Yoga Teacher Training Courses are taught most often every month. The team at Samyut Yoga is very committed to it and there are no other programs offered at the moment.

No. Consuming of alcohol or use of tobacco is strictly prohibited
Yes you can. Please pay 2000 INR/day for the meals & accommodation. Teaching & Practice is free. You can choose to pay some donation for the same.
