In Bhagavad Gita Shri Krishna says Yoga is something that can eradicate pains and problems away from your life if you have an appropriate diet and suitable daily routine.

yuktāhāra-vihārasya yukta-cheṣhṭasya karmasu yukta-svapnāvabodhasya yogo bhavati duḥkha-hā

Mitigation of all sorrows is possible for the one who has a proper diet and routine.

Once you cultivate a habit of chosen diet and routine you emerge as a yoga-sadhak, but we all have our own excuses because of our own likes and dislikes. Once we become slave to our mind, excuses are a pattern.

 

So let us decode our patterns and discover the source of our headaches. Stress, anxiety or depression are all the source of all health, Relational and professional headaches. Do not delay the process of healing.
