MEET YOUR MENTOR
Born in a spiritual family that was aspiring divine intervention in every action, thought and word, I had a blessed childhood as I was guided by my parents towards nurturing a spiritual seeker in me than culturing a modern human.
Following the ancient tradition of sending a young Brahmachari to a gurukulam, my father, honoring this custom, took me at the tender age of seven to seek blessings from a revered guru, Shri M P Pandit who was former Secretary for the Mother in Pondicherry during the year 1991. Upon learning my name, Aravind Prasad, Pandit Ji blessed me saying ‘A REAL PRASAD’ a moment that I believe, marked the beginning of my spiritual journey. At eighteen, the divine path led me to the Veda Vijnana Gurukulam, where I immersed myself in the studies of TheVedas, Sanskrit, Vedantic and Yogic Scriptures.
After six enriching years at the Gurukulam and post-graduation from Yoga University, I dedicated my services to a prestigious educational institute in Guyana, South America. Returning to India, I co-founded a renowned yoga institute with two dear yogic friends, serving as the lead yoga trainer and Mentor for over 2000 international students from 80+ different countries for more than a decade.
Recognizing the need to prioritize my self-sadhana over teaching, I made the difficult decision to step down as Director of the institute. For the next three years, I delved deep into self-introspection, realization, and learning through my sadhana. This period of profound transformation culminated in the founding of SAMYUT YOGA, where I now joyfully share my extensive wisdom with those seeking transformation, health, happiness, and harmony.
My journey is a testament to the power of divine grace, dedicated learning, and the unwavering pursuit of purpose, inner peace and wisdom. At SAMYUT YOGA, I continue to guide others on their paths, fostering a community grounded in the values of self-discovery and Integral well-being.

While I pursued multiple career pathways, I was looking for something I was deeply passionate about which would also become my livelihood. My love for food, and goal to lead a healthy lifestyle led me to creating a one-of-a-kind eatery where families would feel comfortable and excited to eat in.
I run Cafe Recenter, a home-style Cafe in Tiruvannamalai, which aims to offer diverse, nutritious, vegetarian food for all members in the family. I create recipes that blend the local ingredients with global tastes. We aspire to offer an array of choices to those who are on the path towards conscious eating, including offering Vegan, Gluten free, processed food free dishes at an affordable price for an upper middle class family.
Along with my wife, I co-created the Inner Companion Foundation to combine my interest in working with families on education, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing.
