ACCOMMODATION
Samyut Yoga offers accommodation of 3 different types
Triple Sharing, Twin Sharing and Private Rooms. Every room will resonate the love for nature as you can see everything eco-friendly inside. These spacious rooms provide a stunning view either overlooking the hills or the organic farm.
You can also enjoy the beauty of nature sitting in the central space of the building or in the balconies. All the room features comfortable individual beds and comfortable bathroom facilities ensuring a blissful stay.
Since it’s an eco-friendly campus, we do not encourage usage of chemical-based soaps or shampoos in the bathroom. We do provide organic, natural soaps, shampoos and herbal powders for washing. Kindly choose your creams and cosmetics accordingly.

“What you are is what you Eat”
Eating together is one of the best practices to connect with each other. Hence, we can use the dining time to share stories, experiences and laugh out to the best. Also, we will have days of silent dining. The food is prepared with utmost care and love. Every meal is delicious and filled with nourishment. Since the food is served buffet-style you can take as much as you need. We encourage you to consume all the food that goes on your plate.
You savor the most eco-friendly dining experience at Samyut Yoga. Your fee includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and evening snacks with tea or coffee.
Let us start with the plates. The plates that you will use to eat food are made of leaves. The spoons and forks are also made of wood. So, nothing that you dispose of will harm Nature.
The Vegetables and fruits are mostly home-grown in the organic garden at Samyut Yoga. So, every dish that you eat will be organic and healthy at its core.
We have planned our menu keeping the Gluten free and Vegan diet in mind. In case of any further specific allergies, please do mention it in the application form.
We follow a perfect organic and healthy menu throughout the program. Recipes are mostly Indian and local. So, you will have a great experience of Indian Dining. Sometimes you will also be surprised with unexpected special vegetarian dishes. We have an open kitchen and dining area.
OTHER FACILITIES
TRANSPORTATION
To make your travel easy and comfortable, we have taxis that will pick you up from Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Station and drop you safely at Samyut Yoga. All you need to do is look for your name being displayed by one of our friendly drivers with a smile as you walk out of the exit gates.
Laundry
At our yoga school, we provide in-house laundry services for an additional fee of rupees 5 per garment. Laundry is done twice a week, so please plan your clothing accordingly. This service ensures convenience throughout your stay with us.
Hot Water & Drinking Water
All your rooms are equipped with hot water facilities and you can use them for shower. We also have a purifier from which you can fill the stainless-steel jugs provided in your rooms or your own water bottles for drinking purpose. Please avoid plastic bottles.
Electric Points
You will need to consider what to pack, to ensure you can use your personal electrical appliances safely whilst abroad. This normally includes the use of a travel adaptor, which is a device that simply allows you to plug any UK electrical appliance into a foreign electrical socket. It is important to note that it does not convert the voltage or frequency.

To keep our communications easy and swift, we might create a Whatsapp group, if necessary, just a week before the course dates. You can always keep in touch with us to update regarding the flight delays or arrivals on time. We request our participants to use this app to make communications easy.

Our Yoga School provides dedicated WiFi with speeds up to 100 Mbps throughout the premises. We encourage minimal social media use to enhance your learning experience. Reserve internet access for emergencies and essential work to ensure a focused and productive environment. Enjoy uninterrupted connectivity while making the most of your time with us.

It is important for the participants to know the hosting collaborators of Samyut Yoga. We are happy to introduce Organics – A Farm Retreat
A homestay set in a farm, at the foot of Chamundi Hills surrounded by delicious home-grown organic food. Organics is overlooking Chamundi Hills with an excellent view and ambience. Surrounded with lush greenery of fruit trees, coconut palms and a variety of vegetable plants and herbs, Organics is a green haven. All this in spite of the Organics farm being located in central Mysuru City within close proximity of under 3kms from the iconic Mysore Palace.
The hosts are Uma and Ajit Thandur who live in the farm and own the Farmstay. They are passionate about and strongly believe in growing food and not lawns! Their passion extends further to growing everything organically, preserving the goodness of their soil with it being rich in all the microbes and earthworms and good health.
The couple are so passionate that they completely do not use even soaps or detergents made from chemicals. They only use personal hygiene and washing products made from herbs, leaves and plant based products. For the good health and pest prevention of all their fruit trees and vegetable plants they use the time tested panchagavya, neem oil, green chillies, garlic and the like. Hence the Eco-freindly accommodations and Organic Dining expereince is awaiting you at Samyut Yoga and Organics.
