Please read carefully before attending our programs
- Your participation in the program is confirmed only after the complete program fee is paid.
- Samyut Yoga reserves the right to refuse admission to Yoga Teacher Training, workshops, webinars or retreats.
- If admission is refused for any reason within the discretion of Samyut Yoga after payment of the deposit / in full, 100% of the payment received by the organization minus a 30% administration fee will be refunded to the payer.
- Latecomers may be admitted to training or other programs at the discretion of Samyut Yoga’s Registration Desk.
- Samyut Yoga requires that all participants attending our workshops, Teacher Training and other offline programs have comprehensive travel, and medical insurance for the duration of their training.
Online Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully before attending our online programs
- All online programs organized by Samyut Yoga are owned by Samyut Yoga. By accessing the content, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in its entirety without any modifications whatsoever.
- You are not permitted to use or access Samyut Yoga if you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions.
- The Terms and conditions may be amended periodically without notice and it’s your responsibility to check for updates on our official website.
- The Content may only be used for your personal, non-commercial use. For this purpose alone, you may retrieve and display the content on a computer screen, except for this, you agree not to download, copy, reproduce, modify, store, archive, show in public, redistribute or commercially exploit in any way any part of the content without the prior written permission from the Founder of Samyut Yoga. You agree not to use the Content for any illegal or improper purpose, nor for any purpose which might infringe the rights of others or which might harass or cause inconvenience or distress to any person.
- While all reasonable care is taken, we neither guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, performance or fitness for any particular purpose of Samyut Yoga and the Content shared, nor do we endorse or accept any responsibility for any views, advice, recommendations or opinions expressed on Samyut Yoga or any website other than to which we link.
- You hereby acknowledge that you are physically, vitally and mentally fit to participate in the classes and are aware that in participating in the physical activities of Samyut Yoga, there is a risk or possibility of injury and you explicitly and voluntarily accept these inherent risks. You should not participate in any of the physical or vital activities if you are suffering from any illness. If you are pregnant or under medication, you should seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before participating in the classes.
- If in doubt as to your suitability, always consult your qualified medical practitioner. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not perform any activity which exceeds your limits or capabilities. And you hereby acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept the risks of injury involved in participating in the physical activities conducted by Samyut Yoga to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, you hereby agree that none of Samyut Yoga and its employees shall be liable in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence), pre-contract or other representations or otherwise out of or in connection with your participation in the physical activities for any claims, demands, damages, economic losses (including without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), loss of goodwill or reputation, or special or indirect consequential losses in any case.
- Samyut Yoga and its employees shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage in respect of any bodily injuries, illness or death however caused or incurred arising out of or in any way connected with but not limited to your use of Samyut Yoga programs online.
- You hereby agree to defend, fully indemnify on demand and hold harmless all of the Samyut Yoga Parties from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses including legal fees (on an indemnity basis) which Samyut Yoga may suffer arising from any breach of these terms and conditions by you, or in connection with any act, omission, default, negligence or conduct of you or your guest, or in connection with any other liabilities arising out of your participation in the physical activities during our online programs. This obligation to indemnify Samyut Yoga and related parties shall survive the termination of the Terms and Conditions.
- Samyut Yoga disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, with respect to Samyut Yoga and the content thereon.
- By accessing and using Samyut Yoga you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.
- By accessing Samyut Yoga, you agree to accept that these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You also accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in relation to any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms or your use of Samyut Yoga’s online programs or arising in any way from the Content.
Cancellation Policy
- Samyut Yoga accepts no responsibility for cancellation, delays, changes or losses caused by acts of God, war, and a threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents, technological issues or any other events beyond our control. This includes injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions of participants developed during or after the course, and loss of, or damage to, personal property during any of the programs organized by Samyut Yoga.
- In the unlikely event that a Yoga Teacher Training, workshop, webinar or retreat is canceled by Samyut Yoga, then 100% of the payment will be refunded, or an alternative program placement will be offered according to the circumstances. This does not include the cancellation of any of the programs due to external circumstances such as conflicts between the countries, pandemics, bans on travel by a specific country etc.
- Where a participant cancels the registration for the teacher training for any reason at least 60 days before the day of the training begins, both the registration fee & course fee is refundable (whatever is paid) after the deduction of 25% as cancellation charges + taxes.
- Where a participant cancels the registration for any of the other programs other than teacher training for any reason at least 15 days before the day of the program begins, any fee paid is refundable (whatever is paid) after the deduction of 25% as cancellation charges + taxes.
- Transferring the payment to another training will be possible and is at the discretion of Samyut Yoga management.
- If a training, workshop or retreat must be abandoned or interrupted due to exceptional circumstances, there will not be a refund if more than half of the training has been completed (start and finish dates inclusive).
- No refund is applicable when the student decides to leave the training for any reason.
- However, if the training is canceled due to exceptional circumstances before the mid-way, the participants will be able to re-register for future training with a minimum payment for the food and accommodation.
- Samyut Yoga accepts no responsibility for transportation costs if training, workshops or retreats are canceled. The Institution is not liable for any transport cancellation, rescheduling or delays.
- Injury or illness before or during the training by partaking in training, workshops, retreats or classes, participants retain control and direction over all their physical activities and voluntarily assume entire liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort as a result of their participation in activities during the program.
- Samyut Yoga accepts no liability for any injury or illnesses to participants during the training, workshops, retreats or classes.
Sanctuary of Information
Samyut Yoga takes the privacy and security of our participants and their personal information very seriously.
Information collected is used strictly by us to provide our services to you and as is required for the provision of our services.
Information submitted to Samyut Yoga may be shared with administrative staff and teachers solely for the purpose of administration and teaching.
Participants understand that Samyut Yoga engages in social media networking, such as Instagram, Facebook, etc. as part of the Yoga institution’s promotional endeavors, which may involve sharing photos or other information.
Samyut Yoga may contact participants in the future about upcoming events and opportunities. This will require the use of trainee contact details. If participants are uncomfortable with this, please make this explicitly known to the registration desk via email to info@svayamyoga.com
PAYMENTS:
Samyut Yoga cannot guarantee your participation in any of the programs without receiving the complete payment for any of the programs.
The initial registration fee paid if any, only confirms blocking of one seat/space in the teacher training/workshop/retreat.
Late registration depends on the availability of seats.
Trainee identification such as a photocopy of Passport and Visa must be provided before the initiation ceremony in case of offline programs.
USE OF INFORMATION:
Samyut Yoga takes strict care of the privacy of students. We do not share any of your information with anyone besides the registration bodies such as Yoga Alliance USA.
Please note that upon submitting the registration form you agree that “As a participant of Samyut Yoga’s program, I consent to my contact details (name and email) being passed onto our partner, Yoga Alliance USA, so they can contact me directly and invite me to register as a Trainee and Teacher. I understand that I have the option of opting out of this registration process”

USAGE OF PHOTOS & VIDEOS:
Pictures taken during training, workshops, retreats, webinars or classes may be used in a promotional capacity such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flicker, YouTube, the institution’s website etc. By agreeing to these terms and conditions participants give full permission for this information to be released.
Samyut Yoga retains no liability for the use of pictures or videos taken by participants of the training, the teachers or other trainees.
Photos and videos taken by participants during training are deemed to be for learning and personal use only. Sharing this information with third parties or for financial gain without the full permission of Samyut Yoga is strictly prohibited.
USAGE OF INTELLECTUAL & OTHER PROPERTIES:
Materials that are part of any training, workshop or retreat including but not limited to the Yoga Teacher training manual, the general layout of the Samyut Yoga Website, Logos, Trademarks and web page content are the property of Samyut Yoga. Using this information with third parties or for financial gain without the full permission of Samyut Yoga is strictly prohibited.
POLICY MODIFICATION:
It may be necessary for us to review and revise these Terms and Conditions. Samyut Yoga reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time. If revised, changes will be posted on the website.
PROGRAM MODIFICATION:
Samyut Yoga reserves the right to alter the program or curriculum and to select staff from a pool of qualified teachers depending upon availability per training.
Code Of Conduct
- Samyut Yoga strives to provide an environment conducive to learning, growth, and professionalism. Students are expected to behave courteously and respectfully, observe Samyut Yoga policies, and devote themselves earnestly to their studies both online and offline. The following may be grounds for disciplinary action and possible dismissal from the online program and/or Samyut Yoga premises in case of offline programs:
- Verbal or physical abuse of any person or conduct that threatens or endangers the health or safety of any person at Samyut Yoga.
- Theft of Samyut Yoga property or the property of any member of the Samyut Yoga community at the premises.
- Willful or reckless damage to Samyut Yoga property or the property of a member of the Samyut Yoga community.
- Obstruction or disruption of teaching or other components of the academic process.
- Failure to comply with Samyut Yoga policy at any time.
- Possession or use of controlled substances, illegal drugs, or alcohol on Samyut Yoga premises.
- Possession or use of any weapons on Samyut Yoga premises.
- Harassment, Sexual or otherwise, or intimidation of any member of the Samyut Yoga community while on Samyut Yoga premises. This includes any behavior that creates a hostile or offensive environment for any student, employee, or guest of Samyut Yoga.
- The usage of gadgets during the classes to take pictures and videos is allowed. The use of the smartphone, I-phone, I-pad, Tablet, or Mobile to browse the internet is forbidden during offline classes.
- Being Absent from any of the sessions without prior permission from the teachers. The course is intensive and all the sessions are mandatory. The programs at Samyut Yoga are not a retreat but an intensive learning program.
STUDENT GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE:
The Grievance Procedure outlines the student’s right to file a complaint with the Head of the Institute or Founder or with the concerned Legal Authorities.
